A pair of vintage desk chairs model "Modus" by Osvaldo Borsani for Tecno, Italy 1970's. This is the Tecno Modus Chair which was designed in 1972 by Tecno's own Design Team. The aim of the design was to create a chair that was available in many different versions and therefore could be widely used, in many different environments.
These are vintage chairs with a polished swivel base. The shell is plastic, the back and seat is upholstered with a red fabric that is soiled. Sold as a pair only. A perfect example of 1970's Italian design!
